Short version: we use what you send us to quote your job and to contact you about it. We do not sell it.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the name, phone number, email address and delivery location you give us, along with what you have told us about the container you need. If you arrive from an advertisement or a search we may also record which campaign or referrer brought you here.
What we use it for
Quoting your job, contacting you about it, arranging delivery, and keeping a record of the sale or hire. If you ask us not to contact you again, we will not.
Who we share it with
Only the people needed to do the job — the depot the container comes from and the transport operator delivering it. We do not sell customer information to anybody, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they are live and for a reasonable period afterwards, because people often come back. Records of completed sales and hires are kept as long as we are required to keep business records.
Getting a copy, or having it removed
Ring 0477 410 500 or email sales@fairdinkumcontainers.com.au and ask. We will tell you what we hold and remove it where we are able to.
