All things going well, your container will arrive a few days after payment. However, if the weather delays transport or you’re a fair way away from us, delivery could take a bit longer. If you need your container within a timeframe, let us know and we’ll do our best to meet your deadline.
We require payment of your container prior to delivery. Generally, our customers pay using EFT or cash deposit. If you need to make payment using an alternate method, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We recommend having a level delivery site. This will ensure the container doors open and close without hassle. It is also important to remind us of the door direction for when your container is on the truck. You should also be mindful that the truck will need plenty of access for delivery to take place. Best to check in with us about how much access is required for delivery.
